Can I rent before arriving in Paraguay?
Yes. If you're still abroad, Golden Keys visits the property and sends real video and photos, and the negotiation continues on WhatsApp. Whenever possible, we recommend seeing the property before closing.
How much does it cost to live near the university?
It depends on distance from campus, furnishing and the time of year — the start of a semester is busier. Since prices change all the time, we share what's available now, with current prices, on WhatsApp.
What documents do I need to rent?
A passport or ID in good condition; for students, proof of enrollment helps a lot. Guarantor, deposit or other guarantees vary by property and landlord — we confirm the exact list case by case.
Can my parents follow along from home?
Yes. Since the whole process happens on WhatsApp, whoever pays the rent can see the same videos, photos, prices and terms and follow the negotiation through to closing.
