We guide you on what to prepare — the exact list varies by property and landlord, confirmed case by case.
5. Negotiation and closing
The whole negotiation happens over WhatsApp, with transparency on pricing and terms through closing.
Questions about the process
Do I need to be in Paraguay to close a deal?
Not necessarily — we do in-person visits and video walkthroughs for people still abroad, but we recommend seeing the property before closing whenever possible.
How long does the process take?
It varies a lot by property type and urgency — it can move fast when documentation is already in order. We estimate the real timeline for your case on first contact.
Does Golden Keys charge the buyer/renter a fee?
